Cashmere is a natural fiber which is obtained from the Cashmere goat.  Cashmere is a fine in texture, light and soft whereas it provides excellent insulation when transformed into scarf. Cashmere is considered as the king of the yarns.

Cashmere is a natural fiber which produced from Cashmere goat. The fiber is obtained in fact a hair, what gives its unique characteristics as compared to sheep’s wool. Best cashmere yarn is several divisions.  The fineness rating is generally divided and classed as Very Fine: under 15 microns, Fine: under 16.5 microns, Medium: under 18 microns and Coarse: over 18 microns.

Fact: Cashmere goat can produce average of 3-4 Ounce of very fine, Cashmere fiber a year.
